The skin consists of three layers:
• Epidermis
• Dermis
• Hypodermis

The epidermis is the thinnest layer of the skin. Its layers include: stratum corneum, lucidum, granulosum, spinosum, and basale.
The average renewal cycle of skin cells for a person aged 14 to 25 is about 28–30 days. If the client is older, they should be invited for a correction session no earlier than 5–6 weeks later.
